convenient location clean room accommodating staff

The location was advantageous. I found it easy to access many attractions. My room was clean and tidy. The staff members acted friendly and accommodating. They seemed helpful.

basic stay with issues

persistent smell thin walls

The room was quite small. there was a strange smell, it reminded me of mildew i think. It was persistent. the walls was thin as i could hear conversations next door, it made it hard to relax.

convenient access competitive rate efficient process comfortable bed

The hotel offers convenient access, directly next to the station. This simplifies travel. I appreciated the value for money. The rates were competitive for the area. The check-in process was very efficient. I received my keys quickly. The bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.

The bathroom fixtures showed some age, with slight rust on the sink. I noticed this .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lady was very helpful. She quickly changed our room for the first two nights because of an unpleasant odor. I found this service commendable.

This location is great because it is very close to the center. I could quickly reach the metro station nearby. This made traveling around the city very easy. Several nice coffee shops are situated across from the hotel.
